NIL Club's terms, dated August 10, 2026, keep a 15% platform fee on every fan membership payment, plus payment processing, and split a club's proceeds evenly among its participating members. An HDBND fan club belongs to one athlete; on the free plan HDBND keeps 5% of fan club revenue after Stripe fees.
NIL Club also pays athletes a 15% royalty on merch sold in their store, according to the same terms.
NIL Club lets athletes browse and share brand campaigns, and it tells brands they pay only on verified conversions. HDBND grades every brand on how much the athlete's audience overlaps with that brand's customers and helps the athlete pitch the strongest fits directly.
Choose NIL Club if your team wants a shared fan membership that pays every participating teammate the same amount, or if you mostly want to share brand campaigns and run a merch store with production and shipping handled for you.
Choose HDBND if you want your own fan club and your own brand pipeline: brands graded on audience fit, a published pricing method, and posting, inbox and calendar in one place for individual athletes, agencies and schools.
